Warrantor. Evren is a brand of Lumico LLC, 10 Mall Rd., Suite 301, Burlington, MA 01803 (“Evren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach Evren Support at support@tryevren.com.

Covered products. This Limited Warranty covers the Evren Lyric toothbrush handle and Evren-branded durable accessories originally included with or purchased for Lyric, including the charging base and eligible travel cases.

Consumables. Brush heads and other consumable items are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Brush-head refill benefits are governed separately by the Forever Heads Program Terms.

Coverage begins on the original purchase date. “Forever” means for as long as the original registered owner owns the covered Evren product.

Who qualifies. Coverage is available for eligible products purchased new from Evren or an authorized Evren retailer. The original purchaser may register the product. If Lyric was purchased as a gift, the original gift recipient may register it and become the original registered owner for purposes of this Limited Warranty.

Lyric registration is required. The Lyric handle must be registered to receive Forever Guarantee service. There is no deadline to register, and registering later does not change the original coverage start date.

Proof of purchase. Evren may request a receipt, order confirmation, or other reasonable proof of purchase when we cannot otherwise verify an eligible purchase.

Non-transferable. Coverage belongs to the original registered owner and does not transfer if the product is sold, given away, or otherwise transferred to another person.

The Forever Guarantee covers functional failures of a covered product during the coverage period, subject to the exclusions below.

• Motor, battery, charging, button, electronic, indicator-light, seal, or water-resistance failures.

• Other mechanical or electrical failures that prevent the covered product from functioning properly.

• Material battery degradation, including meaningful loss of usable runtime as the battery ages.

• Functional failures of covered Evren-branded durable accessories.

Commercial or institutional use does not, by itself, exclude coverage, provided the product is used for its intended purpose and is not misused or abused.

The Forever Guarantee is a product-failure warranty. It is not insurance against loss, accidental damage, or external events. It does not cover:

• Loss or theft.

• Accidental physical damage, including drops, impact damage, crushing, being run over, or similar events.

• Damage caused by pets, children, fire, or other external catastrophes.

• Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended oral-care use.

• Damage or failure caused by modification, disassembly, or repair that is not performed in accordance with Evren instructions.

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function, including ordinary scratches, fading, or discoloration.

• Brush heads and other consumable items.

If the product has a covered functional failure, ordinary cosmetic wear does not prevent an otherwise valid claim.

Start a claim through Evren’s Start a Claim page or contact support@tryevren.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify the product and understand the issue.

Evren may request the product serial number, proof of purchase when needed, reasonable troubleshooting steps, and photos or video showing the issue.

Whether a failed product must be returned depends on the circumstances. If Evren requires a return, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return-shipping cost.

Evren will repair or replace a covered product at no cost. Evren may choose the appropriate remedy based on the product and issue.

Replacement products are new. When the exact model, color, or version is unavailable, Evren may provide an Evren product with comparable or greater functionality.

Coverage continues. A product provided as a warranty replacement remains covered under the original owner’s Forever Guarantee for as long as that original registered owner continues to own the replacement.

No fixed claim limit. There is no preset limit on legitimate covered claims. Evren may deny claims involving fraud, intentional damage, materially false information, or abuse of the warranty program.

Forever Guarantee coverage remains associated with the eligible original registered owner even if that owner later moves outside the United States. However, free warranty shipping and replacement service are available only to supported shipping addresses within the 50 United States.

If Lyric or another covered product is discontinued or no longer available, Evren may provide a current Evren product with comparable or better functionality in place of the discontinued product.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVREN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, A COVERED PRODUCT.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty disclaims or limits implied warranties or other consumer rights to the extent those rights cannot be disclaimed or limited under applicable law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

The Forever Guarantee is separate from Evren’s return policy and from the Forever Heads refill program. Those programs have their own terms.
