How do I know when to replace my brush head?

We recommend replacing your Lyric brush head every three months to keep it performing at its best, or sooner if the bristles become visibly worn or frayed.

How does the Forever Promise work?

Every Lyric includes eight premium heads from day one. Registered owners can request another eight every 24 months at no charge, and the brush itself is protected for life through the Forever Guarantee.

What does the Forever Guarantee cover?
