Forever Heads is operated by Evren, a brand of Lumico LLC, 10 Mall Rd., Suite 301, Burlington, MA 01803 (“Evren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Support is available at support@tryevren.com.

Forever Heads is included with each eligible new Evren Lyric purchased from Evren or an authorized Evren retailer and registered to its original registered owner.

Forever Heads is tied to the registered Lyric handle and serial number. The benefit is not transferable to a later owner.

Registration is required. There is no deadline to register an eligible Lyric.

One handle, one entitlement. Each registered handle has its own Forever Heads eligibility and refill schedule.

If you own multiple Lyric handles, each may be registered separately. For multi-handle purchases, including a Lyric for 2 purchase, each handle should be registered separately to receive its own Forever Heads benefits.

Every eligible Lyric includes eight premium brush heads, representing approximately two years of recommended replacement use.

The first Forever Heads refill becomes eligible 24 months after the original purchase date. Future eligibility remains on a fixed schedule tied to that purchase date — approximately months 24, 48, 72, 96, and so on.

For each scheduled 24-month period, the registered owner may receive one refill pack containing eight compatible replacement brush heads for that registered handle.

You may submit a Forever Heads refill request beginning 60 days before the next scheduled eligibility date.

Request your refill by replying to an Evren refill reminder email or by submitting a request through the Refills page. Evren will verify eligibility before fulfilling the request.

Forever Heads is not an automatic subscription. No refill pack is sent unless the registered owner requests it and confirms the current shipping address.

If a request is submitted too early, Evren will not ship the refill and may let you know when the handle becomes eligible.

Forever Heads eligibility does not accumulate or roll over. Each 24-month eligibility period provides one eight-head refill pack for that period.

If you do not request a refill during an earlier eligibility period, missed refill packs do not stack into additional future packs. The refill schedule remains tied to the original purchase date rather than resetting when a request is made.

Eligible Forever Heads refill packs have a $0 product cost. Evren also covers standard shipping, and Evren does not charge sales tax to the customer on a Forever Heads refill request.

Forever Heads shipments are available to supported U.S. addresses in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

You may update your delivery address before requesting a refill. If a Forever Heads shipment is confirmed lost in transit, Evren will resend it at no cost.

If the original Lyric is returned for a refund, Forever Heads eligibility associated with that handle ends.

If Evren replaces a Lyric handle under the Forever Guarantee, the replacement inherits the original handle’s existing Forever Heads eligibility. The 24-month refill schedule does not restart when a handle is replaced.

If the original brush-head version is updated or discontinued, Evren may provide the then-current compatible replacement brush head designed for the supported handle.

Forever Heads benefits are provided to the original registered owner and are not transferable if the handle is sold, given away, or otherwise transferred.

Free Forever Heads refill packs may not be resold. Evren may refuse or cancel refill requests involving fraud, duplicate registrations, materially false information, resale of program refill heads, or intentional abuse of the program.

Evren may update administrative procedures, eligibility-verification methods, shipping methods, compatible head models, or these Program Terms from time to time.

For an eligible Lyric purchased before a change takes effect, changes will not materially reduce the core Forever Heads benefit promised for that handle: one compatible eight-head refill pack every 24 months at $0, including shipping, for as long as the original registered owner owns the eligible Lyric, subject to these Program Terms.

Evren may offer different Forever Heads terms for future purchases, make changes required by law, or take reasonable steps to prevent fraud and program abuse.
